Every Jah Bless Lion piece is created specifically for you at the time of your order. Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, each item is unique — made when you order it. This means our returns policy differs from standard retail.
Standard Returns
As all products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or wrong size ordered. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guides on each product page before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or full refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include clear photos of the damage or defect
- Submit your request via jahblesslion.com/contact-us
We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the defective item.
Wrong Size Ordered
We are unable to offer size exchanges as every item is made to order. However, we offer a 20% discount on your reorder if you ordered the wrong size. Contact us at jahblesslion.com/contact-us and we’ll provide a discount code.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows non-delivery after 30 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and tracking details and we will ship a replacement.
